Tom Caldwell is an accomplished CEO, operating executive and consultant, with a record of fixing troubled organizations and driving growth. He has thirty-five years experience in public and private companies designing, manufacturing and selling precision products for the aerospace and defense, electronics, automotive and power transmission industries.

Known for his ability to make money in tough markets, Tom applies his broad experience to positioning small and middle market companies to grow.
