  • Identified, negotiated and created international global ventures in Asia, Europe, Canada and Latin America to expand delivery and performance of services.

  • Developed US market entry strategy and plan for Chinese Company including segments, messages, collateral and delivery.
  • Created a Private Placement Offer (PPO) to fund a new food / biotech business. 
  • Assessed and redirected corporate strategy to enter new markets and utilize new channels thereby realizing significant market share and revenues.
  • Led multi-channel National Sales Organization generating over $600 million in annual revenue.
  • Created and led cross cultural Senior Strategy Council to enable horizontal development, delivery and support of global services resulting in reduced time to market and increased market penetration.
  • Responsible for $2B line of business including development, marketing, distribution, operations and customer satisfaction.  Grew volumes 46%, revenues 38% and profits 40%.
  • Redesigned customer experience based on creative market research that measured the entire customer interaction versus expectation; resulted in dramatic retention rate improvement.
  • Created, tested and launched a new internet based service, Lifetime Campus Connection, (LCC) initially targeted to the University Market.
